Communicable Diseases


Communicable diseases are the diseases or disorders caused by some organisms. Organisms such as bacteria, viruses, fungi or parasite when invades the body one suffers from such diseases. Some infectious diseases transfer from person to person by directly contact; some with the help of vectors (could be insects or animals) and some even with help of vehicles such as food, water etc.

There are many communicable diseases like measles, chickenpox, that can be prevented by vaccinations.
